  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging and accessories are included.

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • The request is submitted after the 14-day window.
  • The item has been used, damaged, modified, or is missing parts.
  • Personalized/custom items, clearance items, or items marked as non-returnable.

2. Refund Process

    • Order number
    • Reason for refund
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)
  2. We will respond within 48 hours.
  3. If the item needs to be returned, we will provide the return address.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, credit card, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to a product defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos attached. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
